Remali is a virtual currency and behaviour-changing mobile application focused on connecting and encouraging users towards positive sustainable behaviour (i.e., living a zero-waste lifestyle (ZWL) using integration, gamification and incentives.

Remali is earned by participating in environmental sustainability driven activities - as verified by Remali.

Remali can be earned through any participating Remali Activity Provider that avails environmental sustainability driven activities - as verified by Remali.

Remali can be redeemed in two ways:

One - By exchanging your Remali to purchase vouchers available in-app.

To see what vouchers can be exchanged for Remali, go in-app, select the burger menu, and toggle between voucher types to search for your preferred incentive.

Two - By visiting a Remali Distributor that allows you to exchange your Remali in-store for goods and or services.

To see where you can redeem your Remali, go in-app, select the map icon and toggle to 'Remali Store' to search for your nearest redemption locations.

You can unsubscribe in two ways:

1. Email support@remali.africa with the email subject "UNSUBSCRIBE". Our support team will perform the process of officially deleting your profile and all associated data with an email confirmation sent to you within 24-hours.

2. In-app, select the profile icon, followed by the customer portalicon. YOu will be diverted to the customer portal, where you can select the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button at the bottom of the page and follow the steps to confirm your choice.
